At Wildwood Outdoor Living, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return most items in their original, unused condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and instructional manuals are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
